Many of my clients are investors and simply don't have the time to design, shop for and set up their property. While some clients are a little more hands on and already have the majority of furniture. They just need me to help add décor, rugs, linens and art to make it feel a little more inviting.
Short term rental staging differs from staging a home for market to sell. In this case, you aren't renting the furniture from me, you are investing in items for your property that will stay. My job is to select the items, make the orders, assemble and set it all up for you.
