Design finish out selections
Receive a full design proposal with residential finish out selections for your Austin flip. I'm here to make the time consuming design process easier for my clients.
My goal is to help you create a space that appeals to the most buyers with modern materials, trending styles and color palettes while keeping you within budget.
How it works
- Reach out and schedule a walk-through with me. (The walk-through is usually done the day or week you close on your property)
- At the walk-through, you and I will make our list of what needs to be demo'd and what materials will need to be selected and ordered along with a list of your preferred vendors (if any).
- While your team works on permits and demo, I will be selecting all the finish outs.
- Within 7 - 14 business days of our walk-through, I'll email you the Design Packet. (Exterior plans can be sent earlier if needed.)
- The packet can then be shared with your project manager to do the ordering. Each item has the prices listed and links directly to the vendor so there is no back and forth.
As an interior designer & previous flipper, I understand how the process works and if anything "comes up" along the way, just let me know and I'll update whatever is needed. I'll be on the team until the home sells.
